The Kooks are a pop band out of Brighton consisting of four members who met as college roommates at the Brighton Institute of Music. The members Luke Pritchard, Max Rafferty, Hugh Harris and Paul Garred had their first hit "Ooh La" which debuted at #20 on the UK singles charts
